Kauaʻi lawmakers consider regulations on e-bikes. The Kauaʻi County Council’s Bill 2972 would require minors to wear helmets while using e-bikes, or electric bicycles. Total visitor arrivals, spending in July increases in Kauaʻi, decreases statewide.
